Galaxy Hero is a top-scrolling shoot-em-up RPG hybrid. Blast through waves of enemies using various weapons and earn experience points to increase your spaceships power.Clear stages on the World Map to unlock new areas.Buy items to recover health, increase critical hits, slow down time, or unleash powerful attacks.Equip weapons of different elements to deal greater damage to elemental enemies. Install drives to change your ships abilities.The number of items, enemies, stages, and weapons increases with each update.By downloading this version, you encourage me to create new levels and to make modifications based on user input. Every few donations I receive I will create new stages, add new equipment and items, new challenges, and come up with new ideas. As always, you can check the forums and wiki page to see what updates are coming next.As an independent developer and a true lover of video games, here are my promises to you:1. I will NEVER remove content in order to sell a "full-version".2. I will NEVER degrade a game by showing ads.3. I will NEVER add in-game purchases which give advantages to those who pay.The best games are made by those who play. Long live the independent developer!Explanation of permissions:INTERNET: Used for sending high scores, save backups, and crash data to the database.PHONE CALLS: Required for getting a phones unique Android ID. This ID is used in the database to store save games by device.HARDWARE CONTROLS: The phone shakes a bit when the player is hit. Can be turned off.BLUETOOTH: Used for Zeemote JS1 joystick support and other future bluetooth devices. Only used if joystick is enabled.1. Fixed bug where defense could go negative.2. Raised enemy levels in hardcore mode slightly based on current BSP.3. Fixed bug where stats show up wrong in upgrade menu.4. Damage cant go below 0.5. Just plain amazing. Newer android devices can't save.. which sucks
One of the best games I've had on my phones for years but unfortunately does not save on my new phone with android 10 Please fix this. Edit: apparently the source code is lost so updates are impossible, use this information as needed.
Not being updated. Does not save on Andrpid 10 or over. Completely useless, unless you plan to stsrt a new game every time you open the app. Dev has been unresponsive for requests to update app for new versions of Android. Game is dead. Dev is gone. Sad but true.
This game really needs an update. It is amazing.
No updates yet you make a game and not finished it. You get ,5 stars if you finish it stealing people's dollar ain't funny. You be scamming people. Say there be more levels and there's is none also his websight is taken down. Nice scamming people out a dollar dude. Still no updates
I really enjoyed this game, it's a great pity that it's not veing updated. It's not without its faults but it wipes the floor with more modern top scollers that feel so dull compared to this.

Good game but was abandoned long time ago.
I loved this game so much and played it obsessively on my last phone. Nowadays it doesn't work right on my current phone or on the DuOS emulator. I'd pay $5 for an updated version. Hopefully some day.
Desperately needs updated for modern phones, shouldn't be too difficult to add some more levels to the donation versus at this point either. I'm on a Motorola X Pure and the controls become unresponsive regularly, there is a bizarre amount of slowdown in some levels, and colosseum mode is broken. Would happily pay more for a finished, bug free version.
